I recently hired Pestraid Kenya after numerous frustrations from My landlord around Nyayo Estate who kept sending fundis who just sprayed and left. Cockroaches in kitchen, ants in kids’ room, and termites starting in the TV stand. Mess. Then I found Pestraid and requested Mumo specifically because my cousin in Utawala used him. Mumo came, did a full inspection with a torch, even behind the fridge motor. Made a plan: bait for roaches, gel for ants, wood treatment for termites. Took half a day but he cleaned after. 2 months later - kitchen is roach-free, no ants on the sugar tin, and termite dust stopped. Mumo sends reminders for follow-up spray.

Outstanding Service from a Truly Professional Team
Working with pestraid company has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Their honesty and transparency set them apart right away—no hidden fees, no exaggerated promises, just clear communication and genuine advice tailored to our needs.
They are also incredibly punctual. Every deadline was met (often early), and they kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. It's refreshing to work with a team that values your time as much as their own.
What impressed me most, though, is their depth of experience. Their knowledge and skill shine through in every detail of our website. From design to functionality, they anticipated our needs before we even mentioned them.
If you’re looking for a reliable, talented, and trustworthy pest control company, look no further. We couldn’t be happier with the results.

Running a busy restaurant in Westlands means pest control is non-negotiable, so you can imagine my stress when our kitchen staff spotted a sudden influx of German cockroaches hiding behind the commercial chillers. A colleague recommended Pestraid, and it was the best decision we ever made. From the initial booking call, their customer care was incredibly professional and discreet, understanding the sensitive nature of food businesses. Technicians John and Shadrack handled the late-night deployment so it wouldn't disrupt our operating hours. They used highly advanced, eco-friendly treatments that targeted the cockroach nests directly without risking any toxic contamination on our food prep surfaces. The knockdown power of their formula was incredible; by the next morning, the problem was entirely solved. Their effectiveness saved our reputation, and we have now signed a routine maintenance contract with them.

I was eight months pregnant and losing my mind over a sudden cockroach outbreak in our kitchen in Kahawa Sukari. I was incredibly terrified of standard fumigation because of the harsh, toxic fumes affecting the baby. When I called Pestraid, Shem completely reassured me about their certified eco-friendly chemicals, which are entirely safe for expecting mothers and newborns. The crew was so respectful, moving the heavy kitchen appliances carefully and treating every hidden crack. The treatment was 100% effective, and the zero-odor formula meant I could stay home comfortably during the process. Thank you for giving me a clean home for my baby

We hired Pestraid Kenya for pre-construction termite prevention, and the service was excellent. The team treated the foundation before the slab was laid and ensured full coverage of the entire area. They explained the process clearly and coordinated well with our contractor to avoid delays.
The work was done professionally, on time, and with the right equipment and chemicals. Their pricing was reasonable, and we received proper documentation after completion.
If you’re building and want long-term protection against termites, I highly recommend Pestraid Kenya for pre-construction termite treatment.

We just took over a restaurant space in Westlands and found a massive German cockroach infestation hidden in the store area. I panicked because opening day was a week away. Shem at Pestraid Kenya understood the urgency and squeezed us into their tight schedule. The technicians, Mumo and Ken, were absolute lifesavers. They used a mix of gel baits and spray, targeting the deep crevices behind the heavy kitchen equipment. They worked cleanly and didn't leave a mess. Two days later, we did a deep clean, found everything dead, and opened on time. Exceptional service

We bought a second-hand sofa set and accidentally brought an army of bedbugs into our house in South B. Within days, our family was covered in itchy red bites. Shem from customer care was our saving grace; he gave us a detailed pre-treatment checklist and booked us the earliest slot. The crew arrived and treated the sofas, carpets, and bedrooms using their specialized eco-friendly chemicals. The effectiveness was unbelievable. We didn’t have to throw away our new furniture, and the lack of harsh chemical fumes meant we could sleep comfortably that very night. Pestraid is amazing

My house in Roysambu had Wasp nest built right above my balcony door. Every time I opened it they’d swarm. Too scared to DIY because of my kids. Googled Pestraid emergency service and Shem arrived in 45 mins. He was geared up properly, not like jua kali guys. Used that foam that drops them instantly. Nest gone in 10 minutes and he checked the roof for other spots. Charged fairly, no 'emergency fees' nonsense. Kids can play on the balcony again. Shem told me to watch for new nests in the house. That was 3 weeks ago, no wasps since. Professional and fast. Roysambu people.

A massive, aggressive wasps' nest had formed under the balcony ceiling of our family home in Thika. We were terrified of getting stung, so we hired Pestraid, and they dispatched both Mumo and John. They arrived with professional protective suits and safely exterminated the colony without disturbing the neighbors. They even scraped away the nest residue and sprayed a preventative solution to keep them from returning. The entire process was seamless, affordable, and handled with the highest safety standards. I highly recommend this fantastic team for any stinging insect issues

I called Pestraid, and they sent over Mumo, who was an absolute lifesaver from start to finish. He arrived exactly on time, explained the entire chemical treatment process clearly, and worked incredibly thoroughly. It has been three weeks now, and my family hasn't had a single bite since he left. His professionalism and polite attitude made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. I was panicking after finding termite at the corner of my living room. I contacted pestraid, customer care was calm and booked me for next morning. The two techs who came were on time and very efficient. They drilled, treated, and sealed everything in 2.5 hrs. Impressed by their knowledge — they even advised me on reducing moisture around the house to prevent future issues. Pricing is transparent and much better than another company I used before. Only downside: they left used chemical cans at my gate and I had to remind them to collect them. But the termites are gone, so I’m happy.

Pestraid saved my kitchen cabinets. The termites had done damage but their team stopped them completely. The technician was punctual and clearly experienced — he showed me the mud tubes and queen potential areas. Treatment was fast and effective. Price matched the website quote, no surprises. But you guys need to check on after service clean up or advise accordingly. There was some soil residue around the drilled holes that I mopped up. But for knowledge, efficiency, and results, they’re the best in Nairobi. Already referred them to my neighbor.

I had a snake problem on my property, and Pestraid Pest Control was absolutely amazing. Their team responded quickly, handled the situation professionally, and made sure everything was done safely and efficiently.
They clearly know their stuff when it comes to snake extermination. The technician explained everything in detail and even gave me tips to help prevent future issues. I felt confident and reassured throughout the whole process.
If you're dealing with snakes or any pest issues, I highly recommend Pestraid. Reliable, knowledgeable, and super easy to work with!

We hired Pestraid for a large-scale soil poisoning and chemical anti-termite treatment at our new construction project in Kajiado. From the beginning, Shem managed our corporate booking flawlessly, aligning the team's arrival perfectly with our foundation casting schedule and preparing our official fumigation certificates. The technicians, Mumo and Shadrack, proved to be absolute experts in termite biology and colony elimination. They meticulously drenched the excavated soil and foundation walls with a long-residual termiticide that binds tightly to the earth, creating an impenetrable chemical shield beneath our future building. Shadrack took the time to show me how they treat high-risk areas like plumbing pipe penetrations, which are common entry points for foraging termites. Their approach is incredibly effective because it targets the root of the problem before the structure is even built, saving us millions in potential future repairs. I am highly impressed by their professionalism and technical execution

We recently moved into a new house in Rongai and realized the kitchen had a massive cockroach problem. They were everywhere, especially at night. I reached out to Pestraid Kenya, and Shem gave me a very fair quote and excellent customer service. Mumo and Ken came out to do the treatment. They knew exactly where these pests hide, treating the cabinets, behind the fridge, and the drainage areas. They also gave us great advice on how to prevent them from coming back. The results were instant. I am very impressed with their speed and efficiency.

Living in an apartment block in Lang'ata, cockroaches can easily migrate from your neighbors' houses. They started invading my kitchen through the service ducts. I contacted Pestraid Kenya, and Shem from customer care was very understanding. He reassured me that they could create a barrier to stop them. Mumo and Ken arrived fully equipped. They treated the entire kitchen and sealed off the entry points near the pipes. The service was top-notch, and the roaches disappeared completely. It’s been weeks of peace

Our fast-food outlet in Kitengela experienced a sudden cockroach surge due to a nearby construction site disrupting the drains. We couldn't risk our reputation, so we brought in Pestraid. John and Shadrack arrived after hours and worked tirelessly through the night. They applied their highly effective green solutions into every single crack, crevice, and under-counter space. The effectiveness was flawless—zero activity the following day, and our kitchen remains spotless. Their professionalism and discreet service are unmatched in Nairobi.

Moved into our Muthaiga place 3 months ago and noticed the door frame was hollowing. Called Pestraid and Shem came same day to inspect. He showed me the mud tubes I’d missed behind the cupboard. Treatment took 3 hours and he explained everything without jargon. That was 6 weeks ago. Checked with a screwdriver last weekend - wood is solid again. No more dust falling from the skirting. Shem even followed up on WhatsApp to confirm. Worth every shilling. If you’re in Muthaiga, ask for their services.

Called Pestraid after I found termite mud tubes in my study room. Honestly, these guys are pros. Tech arrived in 1hr, did a full inspection, and showed me exactly where the colony was entering from. Explained the chemical barrier vs baiting system so well I actually understood. Job was done clean and termites were gone in 2 days. Only small thing — they tracked a bit of soil onto my carpet when drilling. But the supervisor called next day to apologize and even offered to send a cleaner. That’s service. Termite problem 100% solved.

Had a mix of rats, ants, and spiders taking over my compound in my Runda home. Pestraid’s techs did a full inspection and customized a plan for everything , no one-size-fits-all nonsense. They were on time, wore uniforms, explained every chemical used, and gave me a 6-month service warranty. Two months in and my place is completely pest-free. And the cost? Very fair for the quality. These guys know their stuff and don’t overcharge. Will use them again.
